Do you have CNC machining, toolroom or toolmaking experience? Do you want a new long term role offering excellent variety and access to first class training and development within a leading, multi-site manufacturing group?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a toolmaker to join the team at their state of the art facility near Bordon. The successful applicant will gain access to a first class development plan to enable them to become a skilled workshop engineer and a valuable member of the team. Once trained, you will operating CNC machinery and selecting and setting workshop and injection tooling.

You will play a key part in driving health and safety and continuous improvement within the team and facility and will have the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime and have a great work/life balance with a days based role offering an early Friday finish.

You will be joining a growing, loyal and experienced engineering and manufacturing team within a company who pride themselves on staff retention and development!

The Role:
Providing Support and solutions to the engineering and manufacturing team
Liaising with multiple teams to improve processes and designs
Creating designs and specifications to enable the team to manufacture required equipment, meeting industry and company standards.

CNC or toolroom experience
