A warm, nurturing specialist school in Bordon is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic staff to join its expanding team. The school supports children and young people aged 4–19 with a range of needs, including:
- Moderate to severe learning difficulties
- Complex needs
- Autism spectrum conditions
- Communication and interaction needs
- Sensory and physical needs
The school operates across primary and secondary sites, both designed with accessible learning spaces, sensory rooms, therapeutic provision, outdoor learning areas, and a highly collaborative staff culture.
1. Teaching AssistantsPay: £13.75 per hour
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Role Overview: You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide high-quality learning support. This includes adapting activities, supporting communication, promoting independence, and ensuring pupils feel safe, happy, and included.
What we’re looking for:
- A patient, calm, and caring approach
- Willingness to support pupils with personal care (where needed)
- Ability to follow behaviour and communication strategies
- Great teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Experience in SEND is helpful but not essential – full training provided
Pay: £130–£180 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time
Role Overview: We are seeking an inspiring teacher to lead a small, well-supported class. You will create engaging, personalised learning that supports pupils' individual targets and holistic development. Collaboration with a strong team of TAs, therapists, and senior leaders is central to the role.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Passion for inclusive education and creative approaches to learning
- Ability to differentiate lessons for a wide range of abilities
- Confidence in supporting pupils with communication, sensory, or emotional needs

- A friendly, highly supportive team
- Ongoing professional development and SEND training
