We're looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join a brilliant team in Bordon. You'll be the link between the customers, suppliers and internal teams, making sure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
What You'll Do- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare quotations and review contracts
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and transport teams
- Provide up-to-date technical and SDS information
- Keep customers informed on delivery expectations
- Maintain clear records and documentation
- Strong PC and keyboard skills
- Confident communication and telephone skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Professional, approachable manner
- Works well under pressure
- Can juggle changing priorities
- Communicates clearly with different teams and cultures
- Maintains accuracy and attention to detail
- Language skills are a plus
