We’re offering above‑award rates for a highly experienced Barista with a true passion for coffee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys the art of making the perfect cup.

• Crafting high‑quality beverages including coffee, tea, frappes, and more
• Creating latte art with precision and flair
• Cleaning and maintaining a commercial coffee machine and grinder
• Handling customer orders and transactions with accuracy
• Maintaining and replenishing stock
• Assisting with general waiting duties, including food and beverage service
• Keeping the service area, coffee‑making area, and espresso machine clean and tidy

• A minimum of 2 years of barista experience, with a strong passion for coffee
• Expertise in latte art and coffee‑making techniques
• Experience working in a high‑volume cafe
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and a well‑presented appearance

As an all rounder, you’ll be an essential part of our team, assisting with various tasks around the cafe. If you’re versatile, eager to learn, and have a knack for customer service, this role is for you.

• Supporting the barista team with drink preparation and service
• Assisting with customer orders, including handling transactions
• Helping with food preparation and serving
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
• Ensuring stock is replenished and rotated as needed
• Performing other general cafe duties as required

• Previous experience in a similar all rounder role is highly regarded
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
• Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed
