Residential Care Home Manager Formby, Liverpool, Merseyside £55,000  Excellent PRP I am working with a forward-thinking and people-focused care provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Care Home Manager for a high-quality residential care home in Formby. This is an excellent opportunity for a manager who wants genuine ownership of a service, strong operational support, and the autonomy to lead a home with ambition rather than simply maintain it.

The Home The service is a spacious, well-presented care home located in a quiet residential area of Formby, surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife. It offers a calm and welcoming environment where dignity, comfort and wellbeing are central to daily life, with good transport links to Liverpool and across Merseyside.

The Role As Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance of the home, including care quality, CQC compliance, occupancy and commercial performance. You will be CQC registered, confident working within regulation, and focused on creating a safe, well-led service where residents and staff feel supported. You will be fully supported by a dedicated Operations Manager and an established on-site leadership and support team, including a Deputy Manager, nursing team, Administrator and housekeeping staff.

This role is suited to a manager who wants to innovate, inspire and lead a care home to excellence.
