This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, forward-thinking law firm that is investing heavily in the growth of its Conveyancing department. Rather than being “just another fee earner,” you’ll play a key role in shaping a team that’s expanding quickly and full of opportunity.

You’ll be joining a supportive environment where development is genuinely prioritised, with hands-on mentoring from experienced conveyancers and clear routes into senior and leadership roles as the department grows.

What you’ll be doing :

* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

* Handling a varied mix of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages

* Managing fast-paced auction sales and purchases, working confidently to tight deadlines

* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth transactions

* Working closely with senior team members to develop your technical expertise and build your career

* Supporting the continued growth and improvement of the department as it expands
