Residential Conveyancer – 3+ Years PQE

Full Time | Permanent

We are working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is expanding into a new sector within the industry. Due to sustained growth, the firm is now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and is keen to broaden their skill set, particularly with exposure to auction sales.

The Role

You will handle a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

* New build transactions

* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors

* Managing files from instruction through to completion

Alongside this, the firm is keen to support the successful candidate in developing knowledge and experience within auction sales, making this an ideal role for someone open to learning and progression.

The Ideal Candidate

* Either qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) or qualified by experience

* Minimum 3 years’ PQE or equivalent experience within residential conveyancing

* Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision

* Strong communication and client-care skills

* Organised, proactive and commercially aware

* Willingness to learn and assist with auction transactions
