In this service we support 10 adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live independently in their own flats. Some individuals may display behaviours that challenge – and that’s where your resilience, empathy, experience and creativity shine.

• Build meaningful relationships
• Support with daily routines, personal care and fun activities
• Help people achieve long‑term goals and enjoy life to the fullest

• Positive, proactive and caring people
• Experience with autism or behaviour that challenges is a big plus
• Drivers welcome, but not essential
• Staff who are available for day shifts (between 8 am – 10 pm) and sleepovers, including some weekends
