Bank care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Care:
  Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Care Planning:
  Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual needs and preferences, including conducting risk assessments and regular reviews.
• Communication:
  Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address any concerns.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
  Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Documentation:
  Keep accurate records of care provided, incidents, and any changes in residents' conditions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a care role, preferably in a senior position, is often required.
• Qualifications:
  
  Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or
  3) are typically preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, and a compassionate approach to care are essential.
• Knowledge:
  Understanding of health and safety regulations, safeguarding procedures, and best practices in care delivery.
