Job Overview

This casual contract post offers an exceptional opportunity for a female support worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one care for someone with intellectual disabilities and communication needs, working in pairs in an annexe on the tenant’s family land. You will assist with daily activities, attend community events, and support the tenant through life’s challenges.

• Deliver one-to-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities and communication needs.

• Maintain accurate care records and adhere to health and safety procedures.

• Previous care experience not required, but experience with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities is encouraged.

The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with shifts over 3 days a week. Shifts are 13 hours long, including some weekends, bank holidays, and required sleep‑ins at £67.50 per night. Example shift: 8am – 9pm.
