Salary:
Up to £64,900 per annum (pro rata) + bonus, store discounts, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), GPhC fees paid and much more!

Hours:

38.5 hours per week, permanent employment.

Location:

Sefton, Liverpool.

• Provide outstanding patient care within a community pharmacy setting.
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional safety and customer service standards.
• Ensure full compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
• Oversee procurement, preparation, and dispensing of medication.
• Coach and develop both permanent staff and locums.

• GPhC registration as a qualified pharmacist.
• Accreditation to deliver national and local NHS/private healthcare services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to drive results while nurturing team development.
