Blair – Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our fast-growing team. This position for 35 hours per week, on days, some weekend work included.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will provide companionship and support to our residents, ensuring each day passes by with a smile on their face. Alongside the wider Housekeeping team you will be responsible for the cleaning of the home including resident bedrooms, common areas and public spaces. You will have supervisory responsibilities, ensuring the team rostering is efficient and budgetary controls are maintained.

• Supervise the housekeeping team and assist with rostering to ensure efficient use of staff time.
• Oversee cleaning of resident bedrooms, common areas, and public spaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support budgetary controls related to housekeeping operations.
