Pay Rate: £110 per day

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools in Crosby, Merseyside.

• Support pupils across both Primary and Secondary settings, including students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), learning difficulties, and autism.
• Build strong relationships with students and staff, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to different learning environments.

• Confident, strong, and able to use their own initiative
• Passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Positive, patient, and resilient in challenging situations
• Interested in education, psychology, or child development
• Sports coaches, psychology graduates, or those with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

• Previous experience working as a SEN TA or supporting children with special educational needs
• A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, SEN, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
