Milk Education is seeking a motivated and creative Year 4 Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool (L23). This is a warm and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Hours:

8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Temporary (week-to-week) with the possibility of a longer‑term role

This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills in a welcoming, forward‑thinking school.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 across the Primary Curriculum
• Support pupils' academic and personal development through creative, inspiring teaching
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Track pupil progress and provide constructive, timely feedback
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and calmly
• Collaborate with staff and parents to promote pupil progress and wellbeing

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS
• Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum, especially for Year 4
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A creative, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
