💷 £275-£375 per week (dependent on shifts & experience)

We are working in partnership with a lovely, welcoming primary school in the northern part of Southport
, who are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 pupil
.

This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, consistent, and confident supporting a child on a 1:1 basis, helping them to engage with learning and feel supported throughout the school morning.

• 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil
• Morning shifts, ideally 5 days per week
• Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation
• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff

• A supportive, friendly school environment
• Approachable and understanding staff team
• A strong focus on inclusion and pupil wellbeing

• Ongoing support from People Dynamix Education
• Guidance and mentoring from a former headteacher
• Competitive weekly pay based on experience and shifts

• Experience working with children (school or alternative settings)
• Calm, reliable, and nurturing approach
• SEN experience is beneficial but not essential
• Commitment to consistency and building positive relationships
