Hours:
28.5 hours per week over 3, 10-hour days
Position:
All year round
Pay: £10 per hour in the first year

DescriptionWe’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Apprentice Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing team at footprints@haltonhill.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn in a supportive, professional nursery environment — helping children aged from birth to 4 years old.

You will help with ensuring the requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage are met and have experience working in a busy early years childcare setting.
Responsibilities- Be a ‘key person’ to a small group of children and build positive relationships with their families, supporting development through play.
- Support children’s learning.
- Protect and promote the health and well-being of children.
- Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Promote positive relationships in the early years setting.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
