Apply now! We require a resilient Team Leader / Senior Support worker in our solo hoe. This is Solo service, the ideal candidate will work alongside our management team.

• Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children Residential Services.
• Minimum 18 months experience working in a Children’s Ofsted Residential setting.
• Level 4 Diploma enrollment after employment begins.

• Level 3 Diploma – £14.50 per hour.
• Level 4 Diploma – £15.00 per hour.

Full‑time with shift pattern 2 on, 3 off. Competitive rates and sleep in pay £60 per night!

• Taking point on shift and leading by example.
• Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
• Training up new members of staff.
• Participating in on‑call rota and taking out‑of‑hours calls when required.
• Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
• Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
• Working in partnership with Deputy Manager.
• Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
