Direct Support Professional; DSP​/Booneville – Ozark​/Altus

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full‑time Direct Support Professionals to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in‑home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.

DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

• Work days/hours:
  Tuesday and Friday 6:00 am–6:00 pm;
  Wednesday 12:00 pm–6:00 pm
• Pay Rate: $14.35 per hour

Bost DSPs must have a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and must pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.
