• Drive success at the Boone Trail Village community in Lillington, NC as a New Home Sales Consultant.
• Guide home buyers through the process using LGI s proven approach to deliver results and exceptional customer service.
• Support a culture of training, goal-setting, and recognition for team members.

• Proven sales track record with a competitive spirit and a passion for achieving great results.
• Experience in a commission-based role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, whether meeting clients face-to-face or on the phone.
• Weekend work is a required aspect of this position.
• Valid driver s license.
