Job DescriptionOur Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of Store Manager / Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating to the store staff our commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. Must show integrity, resourcefulness, and enjoy a varied and very fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure facility for the night.
- Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports, and conduct inspections when necessary.
- Cash register/customer service.
- Receive, price and stock donations (Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds).
- Hang/inspect/tag textile & clothing in a production style setting.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - Experience:
Lead or supervisory experience required.
Hours:
Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10 am to 8 pm, opening at 11 am on Sunday.
Pay: $15.05
