Registered Nurse – Hospice Care | Boone, NC
Salary Range: $62,400 – $79,040
At Medi Home Health and Hospice, part of the Medical Services of America family, we believe hospice care is more than a service—it’s a calling. We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Weekend Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in the Boone (Watauga County) area.
In this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator
. You’ll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.
- Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
- Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
- Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
- Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.
- Completion of an accredited RN program.
- A heart for compassionate care and a commitment to patient dignity.
- Reliable transportation and required auto liability insurance.
