What You ll Do:

• Provide professional, gentle cleanings and preventive services
• Take and review digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and the connection between oral and overall health
• Apply fluoride and sealants, and assist with periodontal maintenance
• Document accurately and clearly in patient records
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure excellent patient care
• Support follow-up care and scheduling recall appointments

We re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a current North Carolina RDH license
• Has active CPR certification
• Communicates clearly and compassionately with patients and teammates
• Enjoys being part of a small, connected team
• Is reliable, proactive, and focused on providing a great patient experience
