• Fitness Certification: AFAA, ACE, ISSA, NASM, ACSM, NCSF, or Expert Rating

• Customer Relations: Welcome members, assist with check‑in, and handle informational/account inquiries while upholding the JFZ.
• Customer Onboarding: Help new members learn the facility and equipment/amenities.
• Design Personalised Exercise Programs: Create safe, effective programs for members of varying fitness levels or those with medical clearance to exercise. Refer members to professionals when appropriate.
• Lead Group Training: Schedule and facilitate small group (1–5 members) workout sessions. Teach correct exercise methods and provide instruction through demonstration and proper cueing/spotting techniques.
• Technological Aptitude: Operate iPad/Tablet, Microsoft Office, point‑of‑sale system, and member‑management system. Demonstrate proficiency with the company app.
• Cleanliness: Maintain club appearance, hygiene, and equipment cleanliness standards. Participate in inventory initiatives and restock products or retail offerings.
• Touring: Escort potential members through the facility and share information about culture, mission, fitness training offerings, equipment, and amenities.

$16.24 per hour
