What You’ll Do:- Gain a deep understanding of client products and services to offer high-value solutions
- Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Gather and manage customer information to build detailed client profiles
- Set and achieve personal goals that contribute to team and company growth
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building workshops
- Share ideas and strategies to help improve team performance
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers
- Provide field insights and feedback to enhance overall sales strategies
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Results-driven and motivated by hitting goals
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and professionalism
