Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread. Since 2015 Flynn Group has grown from the acquisition of 47 cafés to becoming the second largest Panera franchisee in the world. Each geographic area is led by a Market Leader, with Area Directors overseeing multiple unit operators and General Managers serving as chief café managers. Assistant Managers and Team Managers support daily operations.

Flynn Group, founded in 1999, operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic brands including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's and Planet Fitness.

$19.00/hr – $19.00/hr (Minimum Wage up to $19/hour; depending on location)

As a Retail Team Member you will deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service while maintaining a clean, fast, and friendly café environment. You will be trained to listen to guests’ needs and provide a friendly smile.

• Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours.
• Must be able to safely lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
• Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
