• CUSTOMER RELATIONS
  :
  Welcome and greet members, assist with check‑in, handle informational/account inquiries, and uphold the JFZ.
• CUSTOMER ONBOARDING
  :
  Help new members learn the facility and equipment/amenities.
• TEAMWORK CONTRIBUTIONS
  :
  Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and solve problems.
• TECHNOLOGICAL APTITUDE
  :
  Operate iPad/Tablet, Microsoft Office, point‑of‑sale system, and member management system; demonstrate proficiency with the company app.
• CLEANLINESS
  :
  Maintain club appearance, hygiene, equipment cleanliness standards, and inventory initiatives.
• TOURING
  :
  Guide prospective members through the location while sharing information about culture, mission, fitness training, equipment, and amenities.

Starting wage: $15.74 per hour with 3‑month and 6‑month wage reviews.
