Operations & Systems Coordinator

Pay: $33.66 – $38.47 an hour

Hours: Full-time

We are a small, growing company seeking an Operations & Systems Coordinator who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and improving how things work. This role is ideal for someone who likes to ‘wear many hats’, stay close to the day‑to‑day operations of the business, work directly within systems, and help teams run more efficiently.

Systems and software configuration will be an important part of this role, but it will represent only part of the day. The remainder of the time will be spent supporting core operational needs, helping keep the business running smoothly, and collaborating with other departments. This position offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of the business. It is well‑suited for someone who notices inefficiencies, asks good questions, and enjoys helping build better processes as the company grows.

• Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of business software systems
• Help improve workflows within ERP, inventory, or operational platforms
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and help document processes

• Support Amazon operations, including monitoring and maintaining inventory levels at FBA
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support the setup, maintenance, and backend operations of product listings, including Amazon
• Support inventory tracking, replenishment planning, and operational reporting
• Handle general operational tasks as needed to support day‑to‑day business needs

• Experience in an operations, systems, or administrative support role
• Comfortable working directly in software systems and operational platforms
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to shift between system‑focused work and hands‑on operational tasks
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small‑team environment
