** You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business administration, IT or a comparable degree program — all degrees (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate) are welcome. By nature, you have a strong customer and service orientation and have the following knowledge:
* ** Service orientation:
** You have a strong service orientation and strive to meet the needs of our customers in the best possible way.
* ** Relevant experience:
** In total, you have gained at least 6 months of initial relevant internships or work experience in areas such as service, business customers, private customers or in data-related environments.
* ** Project Management:
** You have knowledge and initial experience in project management and are able to effectively plan, coordinate and successfully complete projects.
* ** Data analytics:
** You have data analysis skills and can derive valuable insights to support strategic decisions.
* ** Artificial intelligence (AI):
** You are familiar with the basics of artificial intelligence and are interested in developing and applying innovative AI solutions for our customers.
* ** Trends:
** You follow current trends and developments in the industry and bring fresh ideas and approaches to our projects and products.
* ** Intercultural competence:
** Our start up! Community thrives on its internationality. Therefore, you should have strong intercultural skills in your DNA. International experience — whether through study abroad, work & travel, etc. — is therefore a must.
