Position: SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Shift Supervisor Restaurant

Food Service Supervisor position at Braum's. Minimum 1 year experience. Shift 5:30 am – 3:00 pm. Hourly compensation $14.50 – $15.00 ($35,500 – $37,000 annually). Shift Supervisor leads company's brand strategy, promotes vision, mission, and values resulting in great customer experience and maximized sales. Recognize importance of people, strengthen team's contribution toward unit goals. Teach, coach, provide leadership to store crew.

Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Actively participate monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Share responsibility for ensuring policies and practices implemented and followed. Work schedule rotating 3‑week schedule, 45‑hour week. Reports to Assistant Manager.
