This is a PRN Registered Nurse position offering a flexible schedule with opportunities for overtime and shift coverage.

TMC Bonham Hospital is a 25‑bed critical access facility offering inpatient, outpatient and 24‑hour emergency services. Nursing duties include providing safe, competent, patient‑centered care, supporting the multidisciplinary team, and maintaining leadership and professional standards.

The House Supervisor role extends administrative functions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and providing professional leadership. Responsibilities include planning and delivering direct and indirect nursing care, managing staff, and upholding the facility’s vision, mission and goals.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Requirements:

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Three years of acute care nursing experience.
• One year of charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must maintain all clinical competencies for the area of supervision.
• Must complete BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS and PALS Healthcare Provider courses during new hire orientation, and TNCC within six months of hire.
• Must maintain all certifications required by areas of supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Service excellence focused with strong customer service and team‑building skills.
• Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Basic computer application skills.
