Our products are custom engineered, visually striking, and installed in a wide range of high-end residential and commercial projects. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our marketing team and seeking a talented Marketing & Creative Coordinator to join us.
Position SummaryThe Marketing & Creative Coordinator will work directly under the Director of Marketing and assist in producing high-quality visual and written content, supporting digital marketing initiatives, coordinating project media, and managing brand engagement across digital channels.
This is a creative and operational marketing role—not a sales position. Community interactions involve monitoring and responding to comments or chats and routing inquiries to the appropriate internal team (Sales, Project Management, Installation, Engineering).
Content Creation & Graphic Design- Design brochures, product sheets, presentations, case studies, and other sales collateral.
- Create social media graphics, short-form videos, digital ads, and brand-consistent marketing assets.
- Maintain organized brand files and ensure all visuals follow brand standards.
- Plan and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and website chats (not sales—only routing internally).
- Draft copy for blogs, web content, articles, case studies, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Support paid advertising efforts with creative variations and ad copy.
- Implement foundational SEO best practices across company web pages, blogs, and project profiles.
- Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices to ensure content is structured and written in ways that perform well with AI-driven search, summaries, and answer engines.
- Utilize AI tools responsibly to support content creation, research, summarization, and asset preparation.
- Optimize content for both traditional search and modern AI retrieval models.
- Track project timelines to schedule photography once construction is complete.
- Coordinate with customers, builders, contractors, and photographers—no travel required except for occasional local shoots near Bonham, TX.
- Source and manage professional photographers for out-of-area projects.
- Organize and maintain digital project photos, videos, and asset libraries.
- Update website pages, product information, galleries, and project profiles.
- Assist in maintaining a cohesive user experience and accurate, timely content.
- Assist with trade show preparation, internal presentations, email campaigns, product launches, and special projects.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project lists, digital asset libraries, and campaign files.
- Occasional travel (a few days per year) for trade shows or marketing events, as needed.
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; Premiere Pro & Lightroom are a plus).
- SEO experience, including best practices for content layout, metadata, and web optimization.
- GEO experience or strong understanding of how AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing AI, etc.) consume and present content.
- Strong writing skills for blogs, articles, case studies, web copy, and ad copy.
- Experience creating social media content and managing online comments or chats.
- Clear communication skills for coordinating with customers and photographers.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay organized.
- PPC experience on Meta and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Zoho, Canva, Eleven Labs, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Experience with automation tools, CRMs, analytics dashboards, or AI-assisted content workflows.
- Understanding of digital reporting and analytics.
- Salary:
Approximately $55,000 annually - Healthcare: 100% employer-paid medical insurance for the employee
