Responsibilities Model, test and measure the performance of different envelope technologies, components and whole façade systems for comfortable and efficient buildings

Define metrics and indicators for characterising the performance of advanced building envelope systems

Study and develop envelope technological solutions

Manage specific research tasks and work autonomously with regular reporting to the line manager
Requirements Technical master degree (Engineering, Physics or equivalent)
Knowledge of building physics

Knowledge of building modelling and simulations tools (e.g., TRNSYS, Energy Plus or equivalent) for comprehensive evaluation of performance including energy demand and indoor conditions across different configurations

Data analysis with Python (e.g., Pandas)

Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is a plus Ability to carry out tasks autonomously with constant collaboration with the line manager and team Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian or German is a plus
