Warehouse Operative

Thrive Group Bolton are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Blackrod, Horwich. This is a temporary position working Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts required.

The role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting daily operations to ensure goods are handled efficiently and safely.

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
• Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory control
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy goods
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential

• Monday to Friday working schedule
• Full-time, stable employment
• Supportive team environment
