Were looking for an experienced Installation Lead to take ownership of on-site delivery for our joinery installations. At Bridgewater, quality comes first . We manufacture and install high-end joinery products and need someone who shares the same standards on site as we do in the factory.

The Role Lead and deliver joinery installations to a consistently high standard Take responsibility for site quality, finishes, and client satisfaction Coordinate install teams and plan works efficiently Solve problems on site without compromising quality Act as the quality gate between factory output and final install
