• Completing finance applications to ensure the customer receives the right payment product.
• Using your passion for interior design to keep store standards striking.
• Utilising your continued knowledge of products to support your teammates and share best practice.
• Honing in on listening skills to have relevant conversations with customers.
• Helping customers visualise what their new sofa will look like in their home through creative interactions.
• Recognising customers’ needs and recommending the right additional products.
• Sharing in‑depth knowledge on how to continue loving their sofa for longer by giving detailed after‑care advice.
