A leading garden centre group is looking for a Christmas & Outdoor Leisure Department Manager in Bolton, UK. This role demands leadership over the Outdoor Leisure department for most of the year and the Christmas department during peak trading. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and margin, alongside accountability for visual merchandising and stock management. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and a strong commercial focus.

This is a full-time role requiring 42.5 hours per week with competitive pay based on experience.
