This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bolton for a Local Property Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the sale or purchase of properties, providing expert advice on the real estate market, and building strong relationships with buyers and sellers. You will conduct property valuations, market properties effectively, manage client communications, and negotiate offers to ensure successful outcomes.
Additionally, the role includes delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the entire sales process.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships and provide outstanding client experiences
