We’re looking for an inspiring and forward‑thinking Quality Manager to help shape the next chapter of our quality journey. As our Quality Manager, you will be the engine behind our quality assurance and continuous improvement framework. You’ll bring a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including the CQC Single Assessment Framework, and use that insight to strengthen our systems, processes, and culture of excellence.

You will:

• Lead our quality assurance programme across all service areas
• Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, health and safety, and contractual requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, learning, and evidence‑based practice
• Support managers to embed strong quality processes and prepare for inspections
• Analyse data, identify themes, and translate findings into meaningful action
• Champion a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility
• Strengthen governance, risk management, and organisational resilience

• Degree-level qualification in social care, quality management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Shared Lives and other community-based care models.
• Extensive experience auditing a wide range of CQC-regulated social care services.
• Proven track record of leading quality assurance processes and preparing services for CQC inspections.
• Experience of working with local authority quality teams and understanding their expectations.
• Demonstrable success in supporting managers to embed quality frameworks and improve service outcomes.

Pay: £44,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
