  • Strong content creation and video skills, including filming and editing a variety of people including staff and service users.
  • Strong experience managing multiple targeted paid social media campaigns and optimising based on performance data.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation (copy, video, imagery).
  • Comfortable taking a performance marketing approach; using analytics and data to shape content execution and media planning.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or emotive storytelling is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working remotely while developing close relationships with regional stakeholders; travel to different offices for content production as needed.
  • Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Linked In Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Wordpress, Sanity, Google Analytics, and video editing software.

  • Safeguarding – All employees, temporary staff and volunteers must adhere to safeguarding policies and act on concerns in accordance with them.
  • Smoke Free – ABL is smoke-free on premises and surrounding land, including car parking facilities.
