Semi Skilled Sheet Metal Worker

Pure Fabs, an award‑winning ductwork manufacturing business, part of the Pure Companies Group, is looking for a semi‑skilled sheet metal worker to join their brilliant, forward‑thinking team based in Horwich, Bolton.

You will have a minimum of 3 years’ sheet metal experience, be used to working from drawings, working within a team or stand‑alone, proactive, tidy, and want to progress your skills through training and learning.

Any prior experience with ductwork and using standard ductwork machinery such as Coil Line, CNC plasma, and lock formers would be highly desirable. Training will be provided on any machinery specific to our workshop processes or that you have not used before.

Working as part of a team with an active apprenticeship scheme, you will be expected to set an example to the young learners in the workshop by working safely, being punctual, self‑motivated and reliable, as well as being prepared to spend time coaching them.

We operate in a Continuous Improvement Lean Manufacturing environment where everyone's opinions are respected and ideas for improving every area of the business are not just welcomed but encouraged!

• Monday – Thursday 7 am – 4 pm with three breaks through the day.
• Friday 7 am – 1 pm with one break.

Total hours 37.5 per week.

Overtime available when workload dictates.

33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
