Maintenance Technician; Apprenticeship

Position: Maintenance Technician (Apprenticeship)

Your role will include;

* Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of high-volume PLC controlled production equipment.

* Planning and performing equipment preventative maintenance.

* Improvement and modification of assembly/ test equipment and transfer systems.

* Service and maintenance of electrical and mechanical site services/plant.

* Supporting the installation of new equipment.

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes;

* Ideally qualifications in Electrical Engineering to back up your experience.

* Time Served Apprenticeship.

* Significant experience within manufacturing.

* Proven experience on Repair, Maintenance and Process Improvement.

* Ideally experienced in maintenance and fault finding PLC controlled and robotic equipment.

* Experience of maintaining and fault finding hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

* Pro-actively identifies and suggests improvements based on findings of preventative maintenance and fault finding..

* Understanding or preventative maintenance schedules.
