• Turning NPT into development, not wasted time
• Running Daily Team Reviews that aren’t a tick-box exercise
• Developing operators and future leaders — not future problems
• Setting hygiene and GMP standards that don’t rely on crossed fingers
• Working with Engineering, Technical, Planning & Supply Chain as a genuine leader
