Waste Operative

Golden Recruitment are looking for Waste Operatives within the Horwich, Bolton area.

You will be working for an elite client of ours that offers fantastic pay rates and temp to perm positions for the correct candidates.

Your role will include picking from waste lines with different materials, ensuring that all materials are in order for further recycling.

Working as part of a team, you will ensure that the line you are working on is working as efficiently as possible for continued production.

Assisting colleagues and ensuring you are a valued member of the team.

This role of offered on a temp to perm basis, for the first 12 weeks you will be working with us and week 13, you will be transferred to the client.

High vis vest and safety boots are essential along with good literacy skills. Further PPE will be provided with the company.

You will be required to attend an induction meeting with GRS to ensure you are capable of the role and understand the Health and Safety of the site in which you will be working.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 06:00 – 18:00 with an hour deducted for break.

Paid at the standard rate of £10.00 per hour and optional overtime at £15.00 per hour.
