Job Title: Sales Director (UK Based occasional International Travel)
Location: UK, Hybrid / Remote Options Available
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + (30-40% bonus + Car allowance)
OverviewOur client is a fast-expanding provider of electric steam and hot water systems, offering advanced low-carbon heating solutions to leading organisations across the food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing sectors. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director/Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the UK and global markets. So this is a great step-up role, for someone that has led commercial growth and wants to move into growing/evolving group with lots of new challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead UK and international sales strategies
- Target sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, energy, and manufacturing
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team and partner network
- Lead key account management and high-value negotiations
- Provide market insight on electrification and regulatory trends
