• Apply project/programme management experience, ideally gained in a matrix organisation.
• Lead projects from a business perspective, including EVM, schedule adherence and schedule risk assessments.
• Demonstrate strong risk management, sound business judgment, and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Utilise strong communication and motivational skills; negotiate and influence to establish and maintain relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive and motivate project teams to deliver excellence, embracing new challenges and ambiguity.
• Share standard methodology and identify opportunities for innovation.

• Project/Programme Management experience in a matrix organisation (preferred).
• Strong risk management skills and experience.
• Sound business judgment with the ability to address complex problems.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to embrace new challenges and deal with ambiguity.
• Experience leading projects from a business perspective, including earned value management and schedule risk assessments.
• Bidding and estimating experience.
• Negotiating and influencing skills with ability to collaborate across levels and with internal/external partners.
• Drive and motivation to lead project teams and deliver results under pressure.

• Salary:
  Circa £48,000-£60,000 depending on experience.
• Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days on-site per week depending on workload.
• Security Clearance:
  British Citizenship or dual UK national with British citizenship; BPSS checks required after offer stage.
• Company bonus:
  Up to £2,500 (based on company performance).
