Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experinece) + £1,000 Ofsted success bonus

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

We believe that exceptional care begins with exceptional people. That’s why we’re looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to help shape our service from the ground up and lead our team to deliver excellence every single day.

As our Registered Manager, you’ll take the lead in establishing and running a high-quality home that meets the emotional, social, and educational needs of every child in our care.

You’ll provide strong leadership, ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, and cultivate a culture of compassion, integrity, and empowerment.

You will:

• Lead the setup and registration of the home in line with Ofsted requirements.
• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for children and staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and staffing in line with company and statutory policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop an exceptional team that shares our values and vision.
• Promote a child-centred, trauma-informed approach in every aspect of the home.
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, families, and external professionals.

You’ll be an inspiring and confident leader with a passion for transforming lives. You bring:

• Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential setting.
• A strong grasp of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• A valid UK driving licence.
