Caretaker, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

• On a day-to-day basis, be involved in the removal of litter, minor grounds maintenance, and other minor repairs such as changing bulbs/lamps, delivering post and providing a high level of customer service.
• Assist with fire and safety procedures and the evacuation of buildings when appropriate.
• Report faults, hazards and other health and safety issues as appropriate.
