Motor Injury Fee Earner Liverpool Hybrid Working
A leading national firm is seeking an experienced Multi-Track Motor Injury Fee Earner to join their high-performing Corporate Sector Risks team in Liverpool. This role offers exposure to a varied and challenging caseload, working with a portfolio of high-profile corporate and insurance clients on complex motor personal injury matters.
The successful candidate will predominantly handle a litigated caseload, with some involvement in pre-litigated claims, handling both delegated and non-delegated matters.
As a Motor Injury Fee Earner, you will:
- Manage a litigated caseload of multi-track motor claims, with some top end fast track matters.
- Assess and advise on liability and quantum.
- Develop and execute effective case strategies, identifying investigative and evidential requirements.
- Draft pleadings, including defences and witness evidence.
- Attend court hearings, trials, settlement conferences and telephone hearings are required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet targets relating to chargeable hours, WIP and management information.

- Proven experience handling Motor Multi-Track claims.
- Confident, positive and enthusiastic approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly by telephone.
- High standard of client care and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus.
- Good advocacy skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
