Vacancy: NQ – 5 PQE Solicitor – Personal Injury Department
Location: Bolton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: Competitive and negotiable, dependent on experience

The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our busy and friendly team at our Newport Street office. We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors up to 5 years’ PQE.
Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and contributing to the continued success of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of 150+ claimant Personal Injury files
- Handling matters through the MOJ Portal
- Dealing with RTA, Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases
- Managing fast track and multi-track claims
- Utilising the Proclaim Case Management System (experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Excellent IT and keyboard skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
