We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to a wide range of projects and improvement initiatives. You’ll be at the heart of planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement — ensuring every project lands with precision, quality and measurable benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing- Partnering with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Supporting business cases, cost/benefit analysis and project justification
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable project plans
- Defining scope, timelines, budgets and success criteria
- Maintaining high quality project documentation and reporting
- Driving day to day project delivery to hit key milestones
- Acting as the bridge between business, technical teams and stakeholders
- Communicating clearly and confidently across all levels
- Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
- Conducting pos project reviews and identifying improvement opportunities
- Ensuring adherence to PMO governance and best practice
- Spotting opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency
- Understanding of project management frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience across the project lifecycle and structured delivery environments
- Exposure to process improvement and change initiatives
- Familiarity with RAID management
, risk control and resource planning - Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet
- Financial tracking and reporting experience
- Stakeholder engagement across technical teams, senior leaders and vendors
- Industry knowledge in insurance, legal or healthcare is a bonus
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret and present data to support decision making
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) desirable
- Proactive, self motivated and always looking for ways to improve
- Adaptable, resilient and comfortable in a fast moving environment
- Detail orientated with a commitment to quality
- Results driven and solution focused
- A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships
- Curious, eager to learn and excited by new tools and techniques
